m\u00e2che&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mettre dans un r\u00e9cipient plat allant au four, l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, le vinaigre balsamique, le poivre et bien m\u00e9langer l\u2019ensemble au fouet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Coucher les filets de Raie sur cette pr\u00e9paration en les retournant plusieurs fois pendant<br \/>\nune demi-heure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mettre au four \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant 8 \u00e0 10 minutes suivant la taille.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pr\u00e9parer les assiettes en disposant harmonieusement plusieurs vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de salades, un peu de brunoise de tomates puis avec une spatule, prendre les ailes de Raie et les dresser en partie sur la
