Les \u00e9goutter et les refroidir puis les assaisonner avec l\u2019huile d\u2019olive marine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00e9couper les St Jacques en tranches fines et les disposer en cercle dans l\u2019assiette. Saler et poivrer. Disposer les l\u00e9gumes au centre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Juste avant de servir, presser un quartier de citron sur les St Jacques puis les arroser d\u2019un peu de vinaigre balsamique marin.
